Loans up to $500,000.
In addition to their conventional small loan activities, Community Futures offices are able to access pooled and special purpose funds to provide loans of up to $500,000 for a variety of business requirements. The availability of funds changes from time to time, and varies from place to place based on current Institutional and Government objectives, as well as local initiatives.
