This is the first Annual Report of the Pan West Network, and provides an overview of how the collaboration between the four provincial associations has helped support CFDCs in building stronger, more sustainable communities.

The Human Resource Management Tool
The key to our long-term success is the ability to attract - and keep - the best employees: the best managers, the best business development officers, the best administrative staff, the best community conomic development coordinators. The Human Resource Management Tool, produced by Community Futures Partners of Manitoba, offers a comprehensive system for classifying staff positions, setting salary scales, and evaluating employee performance.
