Self-Employment & Disability Benefits
Running a business while receiving disability income assistance is possible, but you must ensure that you are following the reporting requirements of the disability insurer. We urge you to contact your benefits provider before starting a business. Receiving a business loan may impact your disability benefits if you do not inform your support agency of your plans.
