Managing change and transition
Thursday, September 26, 2019 (All day)

8:30 am to 3 pm

In today's world, change is the only constant. From new technologies and globalization to the effects of climate change, we are constantly impacted by external influences that could impact our businesses. To keep pace, we must look at how to do business differently, and that will take us out of our comfort zone ... not a fun place to be! This workshop will help you look at change and transition differently through interactive group work and hands-on learning.

Workshop outline:

  • Change is inevitable ... it is not always easy!
  • Understand the stages of change management
  • Look at your business from a different perspective
  • Use conflict & friction to make changes and look for new opportunities
  • Apply innovation in your business and life

Workshop facilitator:

John Singleton is an expert in personal development, leadership, and training. John has been involved with all aspects of exploring and using people development and leadership training for more than 40 years.

John’s focus and experience has been as a strategic planning facilitator, business trainer, and an executive coach. As a facilitator, John’s passion to help others “get it” is complimented by mixing just the right amounts of humor, fun, and education. His drive to make work enjoyable is contagious, entertaining, and highly effective!  John combines a remarkable talent in the classroom with the wisdom gained from first hand experiences which encourages and assists people to find “their best from within” for both business and personal excellence. Join us in learning how to create opportunity through change!
