All Balanced Bookkeeping: Strength in Numbers

All Balanced Bookkeeping: Strength in Numbers

ABBOTSFORD - Creating her own business had been a dream for decades, so when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Danielle Gibson knew it was finally time to take her first steps as an entrepreneur. Born from Danielle’s passion for helping others understand a complicated topic, All Balanced officially launched in 2022.

Danielle has over 30 years of bookkeeping experience, and she uses her expertise to provide full-cycle services for her clients, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, annual reports, and monthly reconciliations.

“CF was able to show me that no matter what challenges I was facing there was a way to get to where I wanted to go.  Nothing was out of reach and supports to help me attain my goals were there. Showing support and knowing I wasn't alone in the journey was huge. So thankful to all.”

- Danielle Gibson, All Balanced Bookkeeping Owner

How EDP Helped

As part of her journey towards creating All Balanced Bookkeeping, Danielle was a part of the IDEA Program offered through the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP). The program set her up with a business coach who worked with her to create a comprehensive and actionable business plan and the steps to take to achieve her goals. For Danielle, a large part of the program was gaining the confidence to pursue the business she had been dreaming of for years. EDP helped connect Danielle with other entrepreneurs to discuss the challenges they were facing and how they had tackled their own obstacles. In Danielle’s own words, “It took the fear out of taking that next step. The support I received from EDP right from the beginning is exactly what I needed. The kind nature and encouragement of all staff I had the privilege of working with made it easy to commit to a plan, follow through and execute.”

What’s Next?

Danielle continues to help her clients through All Balanced Bookkeeping and has recently expanded her role to include working as a consultant for the myCommunityFutures program. Her commitment to helping people understand and grow their bookkeeping skills makes her a valuable asset to the myCF team and ensures a happy stream of clients through All Balanced Bookkeeping.
